![]() ![]() For my kitchen renovation, I had considered ShieldSpray technology but am turned off by the complaints of quality of the faucets in general that incorporate this. We did go with Delta brass faucets for our bathrooms and have been totally happy with them for 2 years, but they were solid brass and cost considerably more than the average Delta bathroom faucet, though not as much as some of the ShieldSpray kitchen faucets. Moen tends to bring in more positives, but it varies based on the style. I've generally not seen incredibly positive reviews about Delta as a whole. Most other reviews are neutral about the splash factor meaning ShieldSpray may not be as tremendous an innovation as Delta claims. ![]() One review I saw complained about splashing from the ShieldSpray. For anyone finding this thread for research purposes, Amazon has thousands of reviews by 2019 on Delta faucets that incorporate the ShieldSpray technology, and for the most part, complaints center around the other workmanship of the faucet failing in as few as six months from installation despite faucet cost of several hundred dollars. ![]()
